Logitech Circle 2 Camera Offline . I have tried restarting the velop to see if that would make it work but no luck. I am away from home and it is showing as offline, but all my other homekit devices react fine, if i connect to my linksys velop it shows the camera as connected.

Most of the time, the camera connects to wifi but then will not connect to the logi cloud forcing the camera to abort the setup. The cameras will occasionally go offline for long periods of time for no reason in the home app and come back after many hours for. It requires the power to be disconnected and reconnected to get the camera going again. If your circle home plus device is suddenly offline right after set up or soon afterward try rebooting it (hold the power button down for 10 seconds, release, then click it again to turn it back on).

We have motion zones set up as well as facial recognition. I have the same issue, blinking magenta. But this one stays offline with a magenta light flashing.

I installed 2 circle 2 wired camera's more then a yea a go, it worked fine and we capture a thieve in our car, but now it has stopped working, showing as offline. The appearance of the camera isn't very striking, but it won't go unnoticed..
